ek3e Banking: Deposits, Withdrawals and Your Account
Your ek3e account wallet connects directly to Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer — the payment routes we've built around how Bangladesh plays on mobile. Open the banking section from any screen to manage deposits, withdrawals and transaction records in one place.
Adding funds starts in the deposit section of your account dashboard. We support Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer as the primary routes, so you can move money from the wallet or bank account you already use day to day. The deposit counter shows the minimum and maximum amounts allowed for each method — check those fields before you confirm, as they may vary. Once you submit, the amount appears in your ek3e balance when the transaction clears on the payment side.
Open the deposit counter
Log in and go to the banking section. Select the deposit tab to see all available payment methods currently active on your account.
Choose Rocket, Upay or Bank Transfer
Pick the method that matches the wallet or bank you plan to use. The form will show the account details or wallet number to send to.
Enter the amount and confirm
Type the amount within the limits shown on screen. Review the details once, then confirm. Do not close the page until you receive a reference number.
Check your balance
Once the payment clears on the provider side, your ek3e balance updates. Open the account history tab to see the deposit record and status.
WITHDRAW FUNDS
Moving Your Balance Back to Your Wallet
Withdrawals follow a similar path to deposits but run in reverse — you tell us where to send the money and how much. Open the withdrawal tab inside your ek3e banking section and you will see the methods available to your account. Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer are the supported routes; pick the one that matches the wallet you deposited from, as some accounts require matching source and destination. Enter the wallet number or bank details exactly as they appear in your own account — a mismatched number can cause the transfer to fail or be delayed.
Open the withdrawal tab
Go to the banking section and select withdrawals. The page shows which methods are active and the limits that apply to your account at that moment.
Select your payout method
Choose Rocket, Upay or Bank Transfer. Enter your wallet number or bank account details carefully — the details must match your registered information.
Enter the amount
Type the amount within the range shown on screen. If your account requires identity confirmation before a withdrawal, the form will prompt you for that step.
Track the status
After submitting, the withdrawal appears in your account history with a status label. Save the reference number in case you need to raise it with support.
ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
Account Checks Inside Your ek3e Profile
Some account actions — particularly larger withdrawals or first-time payouts to a new wallet — may require you to complete a verification step before the request processes. We do not prescribe a fixed document list here because the fields and requirements shown in your account area are the definitive ones for your specific situation. When a verification prompt appears, follow the instructions shown on that screen exactly. Upload or enter only what the form asks for; submitting extra or mismatched information can slow the review rather than speed it up.
Watch for a verification prompt
If your account requires a check, a prompt will appear when you attempt the relevant action. Do not bypass it — follow the fields shown in your account, not a general checklist.
Submit what the form requests
The form specifies exactly what information is needed for your account at that point. Enter details as they appear on your registered wallet or bank account to avoid mismatches.
Track verification status
Your account dashboard shows a status indicator for any pending review. You do not need to resubmit unless the system asks you to — monitor the status label instead.
Contact support if a step is unclear
Use the in-account support link or contact our team directly if the verification instructions are not clear. Have your account reference number ready to speed up the conversation.
PAYMENT METHODS
Supported Payment Routes on ek3e
We support three payment routes for Bangladesh accounts. Each one connects to the wallet or bank you already use, so there is no need to set up a new account just to deposit or withdraw. The methods available to you are shown in the banking section of your account.
Rocket
Send or receive funds using your Rocket mobile wallet. The account number shown in the deposit form is where you direct your Rocket payment.
Upay
Upay works as both a deposit and withdrawal route. Use the wallet number shown in your account banking section to direct the transfer correctly.
Bank Transfer
For accounts linked to a local bank, Bank Transfer lets you move funds directly between your bank account and your ek3e wallet balance.
TRANSACTION RECORDS
Matching Your Wallet History to Your ek3e Account
Every deposit and withdrawal you make through ek3e generates a record on both sides — in your wallet or bank app and in your ek3e account history. Keeping these in sync is the fastest way to resolve any discrepancy without waiting on support.
Reference numbers
Every transaction generates a reference number on the ek3e side and a separate transaction ID on the wallet or bank side. Note both when you complete a transfer so you can cross-reference them if a status does not update.
Status labels in account history
The account history tab shows each transaction with a status: pending, completed or failed. A pending status means the payment is still moving through the provider's system; a completed status confirms the funds have landed.
Wallet app confirmation
Check your Rocket, Upay or bank app alongside your ek3e history. If the wallet shows the transfer as sent but ek3e still shows pending, that reference number is what support needs to investigate.
What to keep
Save screenshots of both the ek3e confirmation screen and your wallet app receipt for any transaction above your usual amount. If a dispute arises, these two records together are what our support team uses to trace and resolve it.
ACCOUNT SAFEGUARDS
How We Protect Your Transactions and Account
Security on your ek3e account runs across the domain, your login, the wallet details you submit, and the support path available to you if something looks wrong. Each layer is designed to reduce the chance of an error reaching your balance.
Domain check
Always access your account through ek3e. Bookmark the address and verify the URL before entering any login or payment details — a mistyped or spoofed address is the most common entry point for account issues.
Identity on file
Your account holds a registered identity and wallet detail. Withdrawals to an unrecognised wallet number or a name that does not match may be held for review — this is by design and protects your balance from misdirected transfers.
Wallet ownership
We match the wallet or bank account you withdraw to against your registered account details. Keep those details current in the account settings section so the matching step does not flag a valid withdrawal as irregular.
Support route
If you notice a transaction you did not initiate or a balance that does not match your records, contact our support team immediately through the in-account support link on ek3e. Have your reference numbers ready so the team can trace the transaction quickly.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Banking Questions We Hear From Account Holders
These are the questions that come up most often around deposits, withdrawals and account checks on ek3e.
Which payment methods can I use to deposit on ek3e?
Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer are the supported deposit routes for Bangladesh accounts. Open the deposit tab in your banking section to see which methods are currently active on your account and the limits that apply.
How do I withdraw my balance back to my Rocket wallet?
Go to the withdrawal tab in your ek3e banking section, select Rocket, and enter your wallet number exactly as registered. Submit the amount within the limits shown, then track the status in your account history tab.
What happens if my deposit shows as pending for a long time?
Check your Rocket or Upay app first — if the wallet shows the payment as sent, note that reference number and open a support ticket on ek3e. The team needs both the wallet reference and your ek3e transaction ID to trace it.
Do I need to verify my account before I can withdraw?
Some withdrawals trigger a verification step, particularly first-time payouts or transfers to a new wallet number. If a prompt appears, follow the fields shown in your account area exactly — those instructions are specific to your account situation.
Is there a minimum amount for deposits or withdrawals?
The minimum and maximum amounts for each method are shown directly in the deposit and withdrawal forms inside your banking section. We do not publish a fixed table here as limits can vary by method and account status.
What should I do if a completed wallet transfer does not appear in my ek3e balance?
Wait a short period, then refresh your account history. If the status stays pending while your wallet shows the transfer as complete, contact support through ek3e with the wallet transaction reference and the date of the transfer.
